Taught at Villamor High School, Division of City Schools, Manila (1967-1969); TUP Laboratory School and at the university level (1969-1994); Sekolah Menengah Sayyidina Hasan under the Ministry of Education, Brunei Darussalam (1994-2004); Our Lady of Fatima University (2005-2012); New Era University for two semesters in the Graduate School and at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina (2011-March 2016).
