I have years of teaching /tutoring non-native speakers of all ages from China and Japan online. I have a degree in management but this does not hinder me from sharing my knowledge and skills in Teaching. Teaching kids and tutoring those who needed my assistance is my passion. I am a very patient person. I love to communicate with people. My greatest achievement is when they learned from me. It was a great pride when I see my students succeed in their studies and profession. I love kids and do things for them. I always want them to have a balance life through learning and playing. I believe that a teacher is the greatest motivator. I am positive, enthusiastic, and I teach with a smile, the energy will spread to the students. A successful teacher should be flexible and open to change when things go differently than planned. The teacher needs to be aware of what is happening in the classroom and make mid-lesson alterations, if necessary. I make sure I develop lessons that appeal to students’ interests and goals. Students should have the opportunity to use the language in genuine tasks and gain fluency without worry of mistakes. I am a teacher that has willingness to learn the culture of my students to gain a deeper understanding of their way of thinking and background. It also helps me in trying to learn the language of the students to better understand the culture.
