AY 2017-2018: College Scholar -I was initially admitted to BA Philosophy program but later shifted to BS Geology program in my second year.

Experience

I have tutored elementary students in History, Math, Science and English when I was in high school and tutored several high school students in the past years in Math (Algebra, Trigonometry and Calculus) and Science (Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science). I have taken most of the service courses for a science major in the UP System (Math, Biology, Physics, ES, Chemistry) and currently taking some along with my major subjects. I have also taken up all the required general education subjects and fulfilled the required remaining free choice units. -The best way to learn is to teach and shows the level of mastery on the subject. Hobbies

I like anime and Japanese related things. I like discussing about different things from the different fields that would make someone think. I do not really enjoy reading but I enjoy learning. I am actually an introvert but I tend to be talkative when in good terms with the person I'm talking with. I am generally patient most of the time and have not loosed my temper so far in my tutoring experience, as I really want the student to also learn and produce good results. Still, I believe that what's important is that the student learns and gets the whole point of what's being taught rather than being focused on producing good results or grades.
