Education

I have taken the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme at The Beacon Academy. I have been accepted into several universities such as DLSU, ADMU, Universidad de Navarra (Spain), and University of Vigo (Spain). My undergraduate degree will be in BS chemistry and will continue on to Medicine. As of now i am a student of The University of Vigo, which is located in the northwestern part of Spain. I am currently under an intensive Language and Culture program and will continue my university studies in The Complutense University of Madrid.

Experience

In taking the IBDP my higher level subjects included Chemsitry, Biology and Psychology. I also took Mathematics HL for a year. My standard level subjects include English Literature, Filipino Literature and Mathematics. October of 2018 I received my IB Certificate of Completion and awarded the IBDP Bilingual Diploma. I felt that when I would study I would find it so hard and I later then learned how to simplify things. Although it was later on, it still helped me in attaining the scores I wanted. I want to be a tutor because I can help make studying easier and more efficient by teaching the tips and tricks I have learned as an IB student. Before taking the IBDP I was also a math tutor in my old school and focused on grade 1-10 mathematics.

Hobbies

I have always taken an interest in arts. I have been painting ever since I was 7 years old. Since then I have been painting in a gallery that I was taught in and as time progressed I started to help my teachers teach the younger children. For the past year I have been teaching art to 3 people from basics to advanced visual arts. Although I did not take art as one of my IB subjects I would paint in my free time as it would also be a stress reliever. As well as arts I am also an athlete. I have been part of the football, track and field, and bouldering varsity teams. My main sport is football as i have been playing it for almost 8 years now. I have always taken an interest in sports as when I was younger I also joined swimming and gymnastics. Along with these I also enjoy spending time with children. Growing up I was always with my cousins and the smallest age gap between us was 5 years so I'm used to dealing with those younger than me. I enjoy spending time with kids as they always brighten up the mood. Being young also gives me an advantage as it lets me relate with the students more.
