I am currently working with business professionals online who are seeking to learn English for career advancement. I have also taught intensive and conversational English classes at the University level, and I have taught 4 year-olds English in various pre-schools in Mississippi. I love teaching and assisting students in learning English. The most rewarding part of teaching for me is seeing my students progress and learn the skills in English that they need. Classes are generally very relaxed and interesting, with students determining the type of class they have based on the skills they are needing to work on.

In my down time I enjoy travel, spending time with family and friends, reading interesting biographies or staying up on current events, blogging, and watching a good movie or tv series. I am a people-person, which means I enjoy meeting people from all over and do not usually have a hard time conversing on various topics. Most students would say that I am very relaxed and patient with them as they are trying to learn language in classes. I also like to keep things interesting, so classes are never boring, and conversations are quite varied, with us generally talking on current events in society. I am detail-oriented also, which means that I take time to learn what you need and then we focus on the areas that you have difficulty with. I know that language learning can be difficult, so you will always be encouraged in classes, although I will take time to talk about areas where you need corrections.
