When I was an undergraduate student, I usually tutor high school students with math and science. I took and aced both my Zoology (1.00) and Botany (1.50) classes. Since I’m a Chemistry major, I can impart all the knowledge I gained from my Chemistry professors especially on the field of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. The reason why I want to tutor students is to inspire them to learn more on their field of interest and motivate them by sharing all the knowledge I gained from the books I read, from my professors and from my life experiences. Besides these academic stuff, I’m also advising some students on their thesis especially those that are chemistry-related. I’m currently working at UP Diliman as a research assistant and doing protein engineering of a industrially important enzyme.
