I have been an online tutor for 2 years now. I have been in the BPO/Call center/Customer Service industry for more than 5 years now and I am currently holding a position of a Team Leader. This has strengthened my leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. I don't just manage my agents to give me good numbers but I also have a personal touch. I am like a "buddy" to them. I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy making me really good at numbers so I am pretty confident that I can teach Math. When I was still studying, I have been a writer in our school publication wherein I had my own column so I am also sure that I can give techniques in writing.
