Abc360 (Office-Based) Teens and Adults October 2016 - November 2017 I have taught both Young and Adult Chinese learners for 1 year. It was a fun and educational experience using the teaching materials provided by the company with mentoring, coaching, or alternative education. I also emphasized with the student's interactions & confidence boost, fun and creative teaching techniques to catch the kid's attention and a flexible adjustments for the adults. The company featured a lot of extracurricular activities like charities for kid's foundations and outreach programs for the orphans wherein I actively participated. I had also a class with a student who speaks both Chinese-Japanese Language and another student who speaks both Chinese-Korean speaker due to the client's ancestry and/or parents. My teaching time with the company was limited to three months due to it's broken shift schedules that conflicts my academy application careers and study schedules for school during that time. Our Korean CEO of Baguio branch and the supporting Korean managers works in the same office with us hence we have to bow upon seeing them. I am flexible in teaching them with any kinds of trainings, mentoring, coaching and teaching materials as provided by the company such as comprehension check, grammar, IELTS, free talking and other alternative education. It was a memorable sharing of life events, trivias and lessons with the Korean housewives, teen, lawyers, and the police.
