Most recently, I worked within two high-volume customer-support call centers for a major telecommunications carrier, Internet provider and a satellite television service provider. It was Sprint and AT&T In these positions; I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions, repair technician and equipment malfunctions). I also worked as a Process Associate for United Airlines; I was a travel specialist for a year. I manage customers flights such as booking, cancelling changing flights and answering their inquiry and resolving their issues. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills because I worked as a freelance event organizer. I am also strong when it comes with computer proficiency.
