Graduate student at University of the Philippines Diliman (MS Statistics) with undergraduate degree BS Mathematics from a research state university in the heart of Mindanao, Central Mindanao University. Also was a math/statistics college instructor at FEU Institute of Technology. Currently working as a Statistical Specialist I at the Philippine Statistics Authority with research as the nature of my work.
Experience
Has been a private tutor and so far, my tutees have been appreciating my teaching style. We have also been seeing good results. It is so joyful not just to impart knowledge but also to encourage kids with their maths and statistics. I'd love to see kids get their dreams. My goals for my tutees include motivation so they will be encouraged enough to beat the odds. I think fear and anxiety about Math and Stat are the things that keep most people, even talented ones, from excelling in these areas. I speak fluent English, Filipino, and Cebuano. Computer literate and can work with MS Office Applications, Photoshop, R, and SPSS.
